I am only on day three, and I am LOVING Simply Skinny Luxe! I knew I loved it on day one. For all of you that remember the original Zi Xiu Tang — SSL is like that, but it’s its “safer” twin. 🙂 One capsule is definitely enough. I take it in the morning with my vitamins on an empty stomach with a minimum of 8 oz of water. The appetite suppressant is strong but not overwhelming. It allows me to make better food choices because I don’t have any major cravings for salt or sugar. When I do indulge in other snack and food choices that are considered less healthy — I don’t overdo it. Actually, in truth, I find that most of the time I don’t really even want any “junk” food. I am more-so eating to fuel my body. I’m not constantly thinking about food and when I do eat, I am eating smaller portions, eating more slowly and feeling full faster. SSL has me practicing intermittent fasting without even trying. LOL. The capsule provides a steady, natural energy that lasts all day, without the anxiousness or jitters typically associated with many other fat burners. I feel motivated to work out. And, when I do feel a little bit fidgety, I understand that it’s my body’s way of telling me to move and do a little stretching or exercise. It seems to be a great mood stabilizer. I like that I don’t have that ‘extreme’ dry mouth feeling, although it makes me want to drink more water – my preferred beverage of choice. At times when I think I want to nibble on something, I realize my body is just telling me to drink more water.
It could be psychological, but I swear I have moments where I feel it melting away my fat. LOL. I also swear I am noticing some subtle body reshaping already. I took a day one picture and can’t wait to share it along with my 30-day update picture I will take after I finish this bottle. My elimination is good as well and I like the fact that it doesn’t have me running to the bathroom in state of panic or emergency. Needless to say, you should try it! Thank you Toni!
