The Mission of TS Transformations is to help women lose weight and love themselves again. We will do this by providing the best information, products and services available. If at any point you decide that any of our products aren’t 100% satisfactory to you, remember you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What it is: We want you to feel confident that Toni provides you everything that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, simply send an email to toni@tonisweeney.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

Membership to online facebook community: The accountability community is included with all purchases. If, for any reason you are removed from the group for not adhering to the group rules, a refund will not be issued for any products purchased.

TS Transformations’ Supplement 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

We strive to keep you totally fulfilled and satisfied and is why we offer a 30 day return policy. If at any point you decide that any of our products aren’t 100% satisfactory to you, remember you are protected by the highest standard 100% money-back guarantee.

To return your products: contact customer support at 814-771-4377 or toni@tonisweeney.com so that we can note your account and provide the return information. Please note TS Transformations does NOT cover return shippings and/or packaging. We do recommend you opt for tracking/confirmation numbers as TS Transformations is not responsible for lost/missing returns.

TS Transformations must receive the bottle/bag within 30 days from the delivery date for the refund to be valid. Returns outside this range will not be refunded. 

Customer Service must be contacted prior to shipping any returns for a return authorization number. TS Transformations will not return any unqualified returns. 

Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
